Tracking Student Progress with the Student Quests Tab

Your studio-wide progress view — every student, every Quest, and the signals worth acting on.

The Student Quests tab lists every student in your studio alongside their progress on their Quests, with a link to each student's Quest page. If the Quest tab is the heart of the Owner account, Student Quests is the pulse.

What you see

Every student, every Quest they're on, and how far they've come - Levels completed, current Level, and skills in motion. Click through to any student's Quest page to see the full detail: completed skills, started skills, performance videos, and what's ahead.

What to look for

  • Momentum. Students completing skills regularly are engaged students. This is what healthy looks like.
  • Stalls. A student with no movement in several weeks is your early-warning signal. A stalled Quest usually means something - a plateau, a motivation dip, a teacher not using the loop - and every one of those is easier to fix before the family notices it too.
  • Teacher patterns. If one teacher's entire roster has gone quiet, that's not ten student problems - it's one adoption conversation. Catch it kindly and early. (See: Onboarding Your Teachers in the Getting Started collection.)
  • Approaching Level completions. Students one or two skills from finishing a Level are about to have a front desk moment. Some studios give the front desk a heads-up so the reward is ready.

A simple weekly rhythm

Once a week, scan the list top to bottom and ask three questions: Who's moving? Who's stalled? Whose Level is about to complete? Five minutes, three questions - and you'll know more about your studio's health than most owners ever do.

Draft note: add Student Quests tab screenshot and a student Quest page screenshot; confirm what progress indicators are shown in the list view.
